Last updated: May 29, 2026
1. Scope

If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Sale & Site Use, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information.
2. Personal Information We Collect

B/S/C does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
3. Sources of Personal Information
B/S/C may collect personal information directly from you; automatically through the website, browser, device, cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies; from Shopify and Shopify-supported services; from payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, email providers, hosting providers, analytics providers if configured, advertising providers if configured, and other operational providers; and from public or third-party sources where needed to prevent fraud, verify delivery, comply with law, or protect B/S/C.
4. How We Use Personal Information
B/S/C may use personal information to:
operate the website and legal pages;
receive, review, and respond to acquire requests;
confirm item availability, condition, price, taxes, shipping, duties, payment terms, and order details;
create, manage, and process Shopify draft orders, checkout sessions, payments, order records, refunds, and customer communications;

comply with legal obligations, enforce terms and policies, respond to lawful requests, and protect B/S/C, customers, service providers, and the public;
improve the website, request flow, product presentation, and operations.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
B/S/C may disclose personal information to Shopify; Webflow and Vercel; payment processors, banks, fraud-prevention services, and card networks; shipping carriers, customs brokers, insurance providers, delivery services, and fulfillment providers; email, customer support, technical, hosting, security, analytics if configured, and advertising providers if configured; professional advisors; government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required or permitted by law; and a successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, transfer, restructuring, financing, bankruptcy, sale, or similar business transaction.
B/S/C does not sell personal information for money.
6. Shopify Relationship
B/S/C uses Shopify for commerce services, including checkout, draft orders, payment processing, order records, policy links, fraud prevention, and related store operations.
Information you provide in connection with checkout, payment, order processing, draft orders, and related Shopify-powered commerce services may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and Shopify-supported providers.
Shopify may process some personal information under Shopify's own privacy notices, customer privacy systems, and service terms. You can review Shopify's consumer privacy information at https://privacy.shopify.com/.
For launch, B/S/C's Webflow/Vercel website consent layer and Shopify-managed privacy surfaces are separate. B/S/C does not currently install a Shopify Customer Privacy API bridge on the Webflow site.
7. Website Hosting and Server Logs
The public website is served through Webflow and Vercel. Those services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request metadata, error events, security events, and server logs.
B/S/C uses server-side systems for request handling, rate limiting, fraud prevention, security, order support, and operational troubleshooting. B/S/C aims to avoid logging raw message content or unnecessary personal information, but technical providers may process request metadata and logs as part of their services.
8. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
B/S/C uses essential technologies for site operation, security, cart, checkout, request handling, order processing, payment processing, fraud prevention, privacy preference storage, and legal compliance.
B/S/C may offer Cookie Settings that allow you to choose whether optional analytics or advertising/marketing technologies are enabled through the Webflow/Vercel website consent layer.
At launch, B/S/C does not currently load advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics technologies through the website. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are enabled later, B/S/C will update this Privacy Policy, the Cookie Settings / Cookie Policy, and the Do Not Sell or Share page to name active vendors and describe the relevant purposes.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers or tools may send "Do Not Track" or opt-out preference signals.
B/S/C does not currently load advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics technologies through this website, so there is no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of at this time.
If B/S/C later enables such technologies, B/S/C will honor a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device, where required by applicable law and technically feasible. You can also disable optional advertising and analytics technologies at any time through Cookie Settings.
Other than as described above, B/S/C does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals in a standardized way because no uniform industry standard has been adopted.
10. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about certain personal information.
You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling uses where those rights apply.
To make a privacy request, contact B/S/C at hello@bscrew.io. B/S/C may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
B/S/C will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, but some features may require certain information to operate.
11. Email Communications
B/S/C may send service communications about acquire requests, draft orders, purchases, payments, shipping, delivery, returns or remedy review, legal notices, security, fraud prevention, or customer support.
Promotional email marketing is separate. B/S/C sends promotional emails only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option in those emails or by contacting B/S/C.
Opting out of promotional email does not stop service communications needed for requests, orders, payments, shipping, legal notices, security, or support.
12. Security and Retention
B/S/C uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
No website, transmission, or storage system is perfectly secure. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through insecure channels unless necessary.
B/S/C keeps personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including request handling, order processing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax and accounting records, operational records, and enforcement of terms and policies.
13. International Transfers
B/S/C is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where B/S/C, Shopify, Webflow, Vercel, payment providers, shipping providers, or other service providers operate.
Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
14. Third-Party Links
The website may link to third-party websites, services, social platforms, payment services, Shopify pages, carrier pages, or other external resources.
B/S/C is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or terms of third-party websites or services that it does not control.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
B/S/C may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, services, tracking tools, Shopify settings, Webflow/Vercel operations, or B/S/C business practices.
The updated version will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Where required by law, B/S/C will provide additional notice.
