B/S/C Returns / Final Sale Policy

1. Scope


This Returns / Final Sale Policy applies to purchases from B/S/C, including art objects, garment objects, limited products, one-of-one works, custom items, special orders, archive items, apparel, and related items purchased through bscrew.io, Shopify checkout, Shopify draft orders, or another B/S/C-approved purchase process.


B/S/C operates through a request-based acquisition process. Submitting an acquire request does not create a purchase. A sale is confirmed only after B/S/C confirms availability, item details, condition, price, taxes, shipping, duties, payment terms, and final order details.


2. Final Sale


All confirmed sales are final except where required by law or where B/S/C approves a remedy for a damaged, defective, wrong, or materially incorrect item.


B/S/C does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:


change of mind;

buyer's remorse;

fit preference;

sizing preference;

styling preference;

delayed decision;

material preference;

color preference caused by screen or lighting differences;

minor variation in handmade, modified, archival, distressed, experimental, or one-of-one items;

failure to read product information, measurements, condition notes, or sale terms;

any other reason not approved by B/S/C in writing.


This final sale policy is a material condition of purchase.


3. Items Covered by Final Sale


Final sale applies to, without limitation:


art objects;

garment objects;

one-of-one works;

limited products;

custom items;

special orders;

commissioned or modified items;

archive items;

collaboration items;

sale items;

items identified as final sale;

items acquired through a manual request or approval process;

items shipped internationally;

items with confirmed condition notes before purchase.


4. Condition, Materials, and Variations


B/S/C items may be artistic, handmade, altered, archival, experimental, distressed, aged, or one-of-one.


Variations in finish, texture, surface, color, proportion, construction, aging, distressing, material behavior, marks, irregularity, or sizing may be part of the intended character of the item.


Unless B/S/C expressly confirms otherwise in writing, those characteristics are not defects.


Product images, lighting, device screens, compression, and photography conditions may affect how an item appears online. A difference between screen appearance and physical appearance is not automatically a defect.


5. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Materially Incorrect Items


If an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different from the confirmed description, contact B/S/C within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bscrew.io.


Your message must include:


your order number or request reference;

your name and contact email;

a clear description of the issue;

clear photographs of the item;

clear photographs of all packaging;

clear photographs of any visible shipping damage;

photographs of labels, tags, documents, accessories, or included materials if relevant.


You must keep the item, packaging, shipping box, labels, protective materials, tags, documents, accessories, and included materials until B/S/C completes review.


Failure to keep packaging or provide requested documentation may limit available remedies.


6. Return Authorization Required


Do not send any item back without written authorization from B/S/C.


Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or held without refund.


If B/S/C approves a return, B/S/C will provide return instructions. The item must be returned in the condition received, with all included packaging, tags, labels, documentation, accessories, and materials, unless B/S/C instructs otherwise in writing.


7. Approved Remedies


If B/S/C determines that an item was damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different from the confirmed description, B/S/C may offer one or more remedies depending on the circumstances and applicable law:


repair;

replacement, if available;

store credit;

partial refund;

refund;

shipping claim assistance;

another appropriate resolution.


Any remedy is subject to review and written approval by B/S/C, except where a specific remedy is required by law.


8. Shipping Damage


If the issue appears related to shipping damage, you must notify B/S/C within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging and shipping materials.


B/S/C may require photographs, carrier documentation, inspection, return of the item, or cooperation with a shipping insurance claim.


Do not discard packaging until B/S/C confirms that the review is complete.


9. Incorrect Item


If you receive an item that is materially different from the confirmed order or description, contact B/S/C within 48 hours of delivery.


B/S/C will review the issue and, if approved, may provide a replacement if available, a return authorization, a refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.


10. Apparel and Garment Objects


For apparel or garment objects, returns are not accepted for fit preference, sizing preference, styling preference, or change of mind.


Measurements, proportions, construction, aging, distressing, alteration, and material behavior may vary by item, especially for limited, altered, experimental, archive, or one-of-one pieces.


If B/S/C approves a return for a damaged, defective, wrong, or materially incorrect garment, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and returned with all tags, labels, packaging, documentation, and accessories unless B/S/C instructs otherwise.


11. Refund Timing and Method


If B/S/C approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible.


Processing times may depend on Shopify, payment providers, banks, card networks, and other payment systems.


B/S/C is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or third-party systems after B/S/C initiates an approved refund.


12. Non-Refundable Costs


Original shipping charges, insurance costs, duties, customs charges, import taxes, brokerage fees, payment processing fees, handling costs, and other transaction-specific costs are not refundable unless required by law or approved by B/S/C in writing.


If a return is approved because B/S/C confirms that the item was damaged, defective, wrong, or materially incorrect, B/S/C will determine the appropriate shipping remedy as part of the review.


13. Return Shipping


If a return is approved, B/S/C will provide instructions for shipping the item back.


Unless B/S/C confirms otherwise in writing or unless required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, insurance, carrier charges, duties, taxes, and any other return-related costs.


The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item for return shipment. B/S/C is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, underinsured, or sent without authorization.


14. Order Cancellation Before Shipment


If B/S/C cancels an order before shipment because the item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, shipping cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, a listing error occurred, or another material issue prevents fulfillment, B/S/C will provide an appropriate refund for the unshipped item where payment has already been captured, except where another resolution is required or agreed.


If shipment is delayed beyond a confirmed shipping timeframe, B/S/C may contact you to confirm the delay, update the order, obtain consent to continue, offer another available resolution, or provide a refund for the unshipped item where required by law.


15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes


If there is an issue with an order, contact B/S/C first so the issue can be reviewed.


Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting B/S/C may delay review, communication, carrier claims, insurance claims, or other resolution steps.


16. No Waiver of Legal Rights


Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.


Where applicable law requires a refund, return, cancellation right, repair, replacement, notice, or other remedy that cannot be waived, B/S/C will comply with that requirement.
